[pskmail] FYI: IC-7200

I wondered, why my server (DL4OAH-8) was not working:

 IC-7200 was set to:
Data Mode ON
Input Source (Data Mode ON) to USB.
Narrow Filter "N", set to 600 Hz

Server Software is .47.

After a short while I see on the server protocol:

read_string: timedout without reading a character

and bandwidth is switched to Medium Filter"M" and Data mode is OFF.

Data mode OFF means no Input from USB source, so server does not send any more.

For now I did set all Filters to 600 Hz, Input Source (Data Mode OFF) to USB.

That works,

But I think, setting of frequency or switching memories and xmit on/off should not change any other settings of the rig.

Well, I'm going on with experimenting. No sailing this weekend, family affairs :-(

73, Klaus DL4OAH

PS

Part of server log where I don't know what it means:
com_set_freq: ack NG (0x04), len=1
read_string: timedout without reading a character
icom_set_freq: ack NG (0x1a), len=2
read_string: timedout without reading a character
icom_set_mode: ack NG (0x1a), len=2
read_string: timedout without reading a character
icom_set_mode: ack NG (0x04), len=1
