[pskmail] Connect question

I have tried to pass an email (just a test) the past two days and
cannot get it accepted by the WB5CON server despite moderate signals.
I issue a connect, WB5CON answers right away, I send the message ,
then we just chirp back and forth.  I receive brief SOH EOT tags,
that's it.
