[pskmail] Beacon Period

Client is 0.8.9
Beacon QRG nr is 1 (should read "Beacon minute" as in the manual)

Second is 40 (on Configuration page. Item is missing on page 19 of themanual. Only a hint, not a complaint ;-)


I observe a beacon period of 20 and 40 minutes, like in the example below.

Why is it so?
