Revision 13 uploaded to Per's SVN.

Progress to date:

- Connects and holds connection
- Displays received blocks in real time (not individual characters)
- Has working text entry for typed commands
- Connect button sends ~QUIT when connected and a connect block when not
- BUG: an ARQ bug (maybe linked to the -end- statement, to be verrified) but
this affects the following functions which otherwise work well
- Downloads headers and read mail compressed and uncompressed and store on
SCDARD under "pskmail" directory (no dot)
- Responds to partial compresssed downloads from server which resume (but
don't always finish because of bug above)
- Broken: position beacon. Will check changes in code.
- TO-DO: fix bugs above and start developing the GUI further (Terminal,
Monitor, Modem, APRS, Email screens), then include the dynamic mode table
solution and test mode shifting.

So good progress with connect sessions. It is worth noting that I have had
good results with simple audio coupling (mic to speakers both ways) up to
PSK500 on good links and PSK250 on average links, which was contrary to my
expectations. This could be of value for field applications.

73's, John
