[pskmail] Altered scan table

Hi All,
In order to support 5V7FL (Togo) during November I have altered the
server scan table. The prediction data I have indicates that I should
use higher frequencies (like here: http://www.crusefalk.se/sm0rwo/ ).
To confirm this I had a QSO with V51AS (Namibia) on 15 meter cw a few
hours ago and my ears agreed with the SNR that ioncap indicated.
If you should have a look at that data and see your location covered
then I'd be very interested in hearing reports regarding how well you
hear the server (beacon is on).
Anyway, here is how that table looks now:
3591.00, 10148.00, 14078.00, 18105.00, 21104.00
All PSK250 except 3591 where THOR22 is used.
