using VS2005 with Smartphone

Hi everyone;
Can someone please either direct me to a tutorial or explain to me how
to program the softkeys on a smartphone using C#? When I choose a
Windows Mobile 5 Smartphone project in Visual Studio 2005 professional,
I see an object on the forms designer called "Menu 1", but I am not sure
how to use it.
