inno setup help

Hi friends,
I am using inno setup 5.3.10 with inno setup quick start pack!
I want to create new page with check box to download one part of program.
I saw in manuals "you must sett link to download some program on the
internet using commponents section, I know create and using commponents, but
I dont know how can I create this.

And want to create a message after installing!
Any help are welcome!
