That's Office-365, right? And not to mention, isn't that kind of expensive?

Hi,

Unfortunately, not.
The menus and tool bars can be accessed if you play around with it a little. I
have tried G Docs with NVDA and Jaws on IE and Firefox.
Consequently, I don't remember what works correctly with what. But if you
basically press Enter or Space bar where the menu is located and pull down
individual sub menus by using the Down Arrow or Alt + Down Arrow, you can
navigate through all the options and even select and clear controls.
But the content area exposes no information for a screen reader to work with.
So, typing in Google Docs is difficult.

There are a couple of add-ins for Microsoft Office that you might want to try
that let you use most of G Docs features through MS Office.

Google Cloud Connect

OffiSync

Actually, Microsoft has released its own version of office on the web that
seems to be quite accessible, but if no one else in the team uses this, there
is no point for an individual team member to use it...
