Hi. using jaws 6.10 u, with visual studio.net 2005 pro. now, wondering, when i get jaws 8 or 9, hopefully it will fix some problems i am having, will list below. 1. got the visual studio.net 2005 jaws scripts. 2. some times, when i go to the solutions explorer window, and it gets stuck, and cannot change to other windows, after several retries, then jaws can read the alt insert f 6 key. 2. when i use f 7 to go to the code window, jaws just says character and when reading in line mode, another window must be covering that or obscuring it. 3. and when in the code editor, if i try control insert f2 to bring up a list of more then one control click event, jaws says cannot see the list. and when typing code, and using the . notation, it brings up a list of options, and able to select or type the part say for example numberInteger.parse=(numberOneTextBox.Text for example, from memory. and if i mis type or get an error, then have to route the jaws cursur to try to get back to the line, or the character and cannot read it using the standard arrow keys, and have to use the number pad. wondering, is this a jaws problem? also, some times, when in the property window, when scrolling say in a lable, button, text box, and trying to change the name, jaws some times lands on the table row or some thing else, and not on the name field. apart from that, able to create a form, bring up the toolbox, add controls, change properties, able to write the code, after a bit of fiddiling, and then able to run and with some fiddling or playing around with jaws, able to debug. thought i would let you know, what problems, and the scripter of those scripts, gives me some tips in how to optimize jaws to work with the pro version of visual studio.net 2005. did vb 6 a few years ago with jaws 3.35 and 3.7, but this beast is a bit different. cheers Marvin.-- Check out my home page at http://startrekcafe.stevesdomain.net/ Check out my Jaws Australia group at http://groups.yahoo.com/groups/JawsOz/ __________ View the list's information and change your settings at //www.freelists.org/list/programmingblind
