You only need to include the DLL in your project and set up the connection string within your program. The access methodology would require you to set up any sql statements, cursors and other data base objects you want to work with. If this is a web application you will need to manage the session state, cookies and other objects related to a Database call Post Back. If this is a desk top application you just use the DLL, a connection string and manage all your Sql Statements manually or manually code up the necessary Ado.net interfaces. Here’s my question. I don’t want to use Visual Studio. How do I take that knowledge, write VB in a text editor, and still include SQLite? I guess I’m asking what Visual Studio does behind the scenes that I would have to recreate. http://www.kirupa.com/net/sqllite_vb_pg1.htm Thanks.
