As for me, I usually click the link at the bottom. This way, you'll be taken to 
your account page where you will simply select the Unsubscribe option on a 
highlighted mailing list.

This is how I removed myself from other lists hosted by Freelists. The 
Hopes this helps a little.

Apologies for the annoying message, but does anyone know how to un sub
scribe from this list? I've been trying for weeks as I'm off travelling
for a year, but I can't find a way to do it.
