Hello, I will have what called softphone installed on my Dell laptop at work today. I was told that in order to tell if there are any messages in the voice mailbox I would have to see a red light in the lower right corner of the screen. If the light is on there are messages in my voice mail. Is there a way to get Jaws to recognize this light and tell me there are messages? Do I have to create a script? Will a script be able to recognize this light? If a script will work does anything have one that already does something like this?
