Referencing Audio files In vb.dot net 2008

Hi.
got a example, where i want to select a sound file and play it.
but it is saying, that after adding it to the project, saying it is not part
of the resources, and had a look at the toolbox, but cannot find a sound
control,
so how do i fix this one?
