Hi,
I have been too busy at work to work with the NVDA for over a week. I have
some time today and I went into the computer and the voice was horrible. It
was not even the first voice from before which was not good, but this voice has
an echo.

In the past I set up Michelle as the voice and she is okay. But apparently I
had to do something else to save her instead of just the okay button as I had
to go and get her voice back again. Now I have the two voices talking and I
cannot work with that.

Can anyone tell me how to get the voice turned off that I don't want? When I
did this procedure before to get Michelle as the voice the other voice went
away, but not this time.

Thanks for any help and I hope I explained the problem well enough,
