my bad, I forgot part of the actual file name, it's lame_enc.dll

but I did a google on lame.dll and fount three download sights in the first
10 results, smile

but I just grabbed a copy of my reserve file and sent it to you, it should
arrive any second if e mail channels are clear enough.
