Hi,
I'm looking at the LBC AutoIt documentation Jamal created. I'm wondering two 
things: First, if I want to add a top menu to a window, how would I calculate 
how wide the whole thing needs to be and where the menu bar items appear. 
Second: when the menu bar items have menus that drop down, where would they 
appear visually horizontally and how would I calculate their widths?
