Oh, I never did much with 2005, I just thought I heard that uninstalling it 
could make my system unbootable. Well, it's gone now, but I haven't restarted 
yet. I took out the SQL stuff too, got no clue why I ever installed it in the 
first place.

  Hi: You can run both the 2005 and the 2008 Express modules. They will not 
interfere with each other at all and you can leave your 2005 applications in 
the 2005 version if you want to avoid converting them to 2008. Just download 
and install 2008 VB or CSharp and you are good to go and you can use either the 
2005 or the 2008 versions. You can UnInstall the 2005 version if you want but 
it is not necessary.
