I can help, but please give his mailing address, as I am not
subscribed to any of these lists to which he's cross-posted. Also, I
really will not be able to do much till after the 10th, as I am on
holiday, but will gladly help at that time. The long & the short
is--yeah, wireshark's GUI is entirely inaccessible, but there is a
command line.
