Have a look at the Web Tools project at http://www.eclipse.org/webtools/
Of particular note to you will likely be the JavaScript Development
Tools (JSDT) and Source Editing subprojects. Note that I have not used
these tools myself but have merely heard of their usefulness secondhand.
