Hi Nimber,
An MHT file (in HTML documentation) is the archive file containing not just
text portion of HTML file, but the entire media and embedded content such as
pictures that are referenced with <img src> tag. Please be awre that MHT
files are larger than normal HTM or HTML files.
To convert this web archive to either HTML Complete or HTML text portion
file (htm or html), open the MHT file in IE (or any other program that
supports MHT), go to File/Save and save as either HTML, Complete or HTML
only file (*.htm or *.html). The extension does not matter.
Cheers,
Joseph

What is a .MHT file? Can you open it in Notepad and save it under a .html
extension?
Thanks
