Eclipse: Tip #3 Dec. 01, 2009

Hello all:

...for those of us unfortunate enough to work with xml files there is a great
feature in Eclipse 3.3 with the latest WTP plugin. If you open your xml file,
typically you can view the source by default. Depending upon the complexity of
the schema one tends to nod off rather quickly and lets not even get into the
editing of the file. With the Eclipse 3.3 and WTP another view is added to the
Tab Control, that being design.

Design affords you a tree view of the xml file and by right clicking you can
add nodes parent or child and attributes with their corresponding values. Even
creating a file from scratch is made just as easy as right clicking and using
the corresponding menu options.
