[procps] Re: newlib pids status

The top program itself is fully integrated with newlib. Of course, he’s
waiting on the above for the %CPU, vMj and vMn fields. And forest view is
not yet functional. But everything else appears to be working fine.
That sounds great. The delta is handy as well.
I've got 3.3.11 out but its gone to experimental in Debian due to the
libstdc++ transistion going on.

And forest view is now working.

The idiot author had asked newlib to sort start_time descending instead of
ascending.

Is that a felony bug, or just a misdemeanor bug?
