[procps] Last four patches in wfinks-procps

Hi,
just cloned the procps, added Jans patches his own clone and
applied a few of my own patches here. Just for discussion.
Most of the patches had been applied to top to support e.g.
extrem large systems. Those changes are caused mostly by
the vendors and their customers to support heavy irons.
For this I've also fixed a crash if the numbers of CPU's was
larger than the lines of the terminal.
Sidemark: No I do not have such system below my desk here ;)
