I downloaded it ages ago. It's been blocked.
I saw some Doom 3 thing which was like an interview with people involved in
the project interspersed with footage of the game and various 'this is how
we did that' screenshots.
It looks vewy pwetty.

They've all been taken off the Internet, as they weren't originally allowed
to release them - Best bet is to see if someone there has a copy.
