Looks like I get to be the Toastmaster for this one.
Meeting place is:

Starting time: 7 p.m.
We did not have many members at the last meeting.
Would you please let me know that you will, in fact, be there to take on your
roles. If you won’t be there or can’t fulfill your role, I need to know that
even more.

• The manual and speech project you are doing
• Your speech title
• An intro for the speech that tells a bit about the speech and why you are
qualified to speak about it (or why the topic is important to you)
2. Please bring copies of the evaluation form from your manual for everyone to
use in evaluating your speech.
