[powerdot] replace powerdot-default.ps and hyperref x \ref{key}

Hi everyone,
I'd like to know how to define position, scale, etc of figure
powerdot-default.ps (default style). I want to replace the figure .ps by a
movie .swf (movie15.sty)! Any idea?
Another question: When I label something with \label{key} and call it with
\ref or \pageref it is all ok, but the hyperlinks defined by hyperref seem
not work on powerdot. Is it the case or there is a reason?
