Dear Hendri
Thanks for your help. By trial and error I got my slides working as
follows:
I have to add [method=file] to _all_ slides that have _either_ overlays
or listings. It doesn't work just to put a \pdsetup after the
\maketitle.
But ... lf and rf have to appear in the preamble and thus a footer
appears on the title slide. Is there anyway to get rid of it like I use
\thispagestyle{empty} in regular LaTeX documents??
