[powerdot] Numbering the entries in toc

Hello,
Is there a way to precede the entries in the toc with number or any character?
The general code is
\begin{slide}[toc=,bm=]{Outline}
\tableofcontents
\end{slide}
I want the output of the above code to look like this:
1. Slide 1
1.1 Slide 11
1.2 Slide 12
2. Slide 2
2.1 Slide 21
