I fixed the following one when compiling with --enable-logging:

log.c: In function ‘log_month_connection’:
log.c:128: warning: ‘old_connection_length’ may be used uninitialized in this 
function
log.c:127: warning: ‘old_number_of_bytes’ may be used uninitialized in this 
function

Of course, if you enable the bloody mess called HIPL, all hell breaks
loose...
