Week or two ago, had a good influx of late winter birds. A crackle of
Grackles, at least 100-500, a murder of crows (12-15) flying overhead, and a
murmuration of Chipping Sparrows (12 actual count) on the ground under my
feeder.
Still having a few Goldfinches, and some of them are REAL GOLD!!! Also a few
scattered Yellow-rumped Warblers.
And yesterday, The BIG DAY: fos RUBY THROATED HUMMINGBIRD !!!! Adult male,
it appeared to me. Just a few hours after I had read of one sighted in
Brookhaven.
Did you see on MOS email, they have just seen fos Indigo Buntings on the Coast
SEE YOU AT DI !!!
