[phpa] Problem with PHPA installation

Hello, I was trying to install PHPA on my Redhat Linux 7.2 server but 
after trying many things, I still could not get it to load.

This is my entire php.ini file:

[Zend]
zend_extension="/usr/local/apache/modules/php_accelerator.so"
phpa.registration_key = 546272d114e101a2283415922ac2eaaf
phpa.shm_size = 32
phpa.cache_dir = /data/httpd/vhosts/www.gamingforce.com/tmp
[php]
register_globals = On
zlib.output_compression = On

I installed PHPA 1.31 Pre 3 on PHP 4.2.1 and Apache 2.0.36.

This is my phpinfo file:
