[phpa] : Memory problems

Hi 

I have PHP 4.1.1, Apache with mod_gzip, PHPA 1.3.pre3 installed on my
Celeron 1.3Ghz, 512MB Ram dedicated server, but sometime there was a
following error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to
allocate 40961 bytes) in
/home/virtual/site3/fst/var/www/html/forum/includes/page_header.php on
line 42

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to
allocate 51540 bytes) in
/home/virtual/site3/fst/var/www/html/forum/includes/template.php on line
125

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to
allocate 234 bytes) in Unknown on line 0
----------------

I changed memory_limit to 10M but nothing changed, the problem still
ocurr. 

How to fix this problems?
