[photodesk] Photodesk Scan Fix

A patch is now available to download from
http://www.cjemicros.co.uk/photodesk which should overcome the crashes many
users have reported when trying to scan directly from Photodesk. Simply
download the zipfile and copy the enclosed skeleton !Photodesk over your
existing installed copy.
Note that if you experience the more severe problem of Photodesk crashing
your computer on loading when the PDTwain module is enabled, then
unfortunately this patch does not fix that problem.
Apologies that this bug was not found and fixed sooner, but thanks to Detlef
for managing to finally track it down and provide a fix.
I have also made available from the same page a PDF file which demonstrates
some of the new features now included in Photodesk 3.10.
