  MESSAGE: (#4131) add a date in log file
            <http://www.phorm.com/support/?rev=4131>
  AUTHOR:   Sam

I am logging the forms that are submitted to a text file just fine.

But I would like the log to also show WHEN (date/time) the form was sent. How
do I do that?

Right now if 3 forms are sent on 3 different days, I would never know by
looking at the log that just holds the CONTENTS of the form but not submittal
date.

Appreciate any help here!

-Samantha
