I had not seen that. however, looking at it is not exactly what I want. I will 
have to reengineer my application to adapt it. By the time my users get the 
the "FINISH" button there are multiple records stored in the myqsql database. 
There can be one item in the database or there could be 1000. 

I was hoping to just retrieve the data from the database at the end and do a 
"while" statemnt and print the array to the email using phorm's formating 
functions. I hope that makes sense.
