I don't know - once Phorm sends the message, it's out of Phorm's hands. You could try contacting support for the ISP where the messages are not getting through. Try this, though: open the phorm.php file, and add a # character at the beginning of lines 1767 and 1768. If that doesn't handle the problem you should restore the lines.
