Phorm uses PHP's mail() function. On a Windows system, the answer is no. If 
you're on a *nix system it may be possible through your PHP configuration, 
which allows you to set sendmail flags and options, but I don't know enough 
about sendmail. One of these days I may have Phorm negotiate its own SMTP 
sessions, but that will be a while.
