Peter, 

One option is that you could get them to select the item they want to download 
before they register, all the links going through phorm and then using a post 
processing script to activate the download. This would meant that no one could 
download anything until Phorm executed successfully. assuming that you set the 
post processing script to do so. 

Either that - or get Phorm to issue a code or a key of some sort that would be 
passed back into phorm in another form. This time set info only to true if 
needed and use post processing to activate the download.
