Very simple. Set the $PHORM_RESPOND in the config file to the email template
txt file.
For example,
$PHORM_RESPOND = "response.txt";
The email template should reside in the directory declared in $PHORM_BASE in
the same config file.
I'm using it and it works perfectly. :-)
