Hello, 

Is there any way to add a "Please Wait While Your Order Processes" popup? I've 
got people clicking send 5 times to get their order going, and thus it gives 
them 5 order numbers -- even though I have a warning saying only click once. 
If it would go straight to a popup, I can get them off the preview page and 
away from the submit button.
