  MESSAGE: (#4167) Phormation CONFUSION.

I just registered for Phorm 3.0 and picked Phormation also. Maybe I'm missing
something, but it would be incredibly helpful to have *something* in the
readme.txt that explains WHAT TO DO TO START PHORMATION.

I searched the support groups and found several people having the same issue
as me, but no response. I installed Phormation from the command-line, so I'm
assuming the "user id" isn't an issue as far as installation.

The installation said it installed successfully, but I only have the following
files:

distro.phn
Docs.rtf
phninstall.bat
phninstall.php
readme.txt
regkey.html

and five empty directories (cli, gfx, lib, rsc, wbi). Am I missing something?
I keep reading about a file called phormation.php... I don't have this. I only
bought this so I could do a rapid installation to meet a deadline, but I've
spent more time trying to figure this out than if I had just done this
manually.

PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS OUT!

-eric
