I'm able to set up Phorm with just a local config file, or with both a local 
config and the phormconfig.php (needed for $PHORM_URL to redirect a bookmarked 
ack page), but I am not able to have only the phormconfig.php file (with 
$PHORM_RCONFIG = "N" and no PHORM_CONFIG named in the form). 

Continual attempts to do this result in parse error about an unexpected 
T_VARIABLE on a line of phormconfig.php, and looked like it would happen for 
any line related to emailing. 

Is it in fact possible to "not to use form-specific configuration files, and 
instead have everything in phormconfig.php", as it says in the docs? If so, 
any clues as to what could have been the problem?
