I have spent a *great* deal of time attempting to correct it but I am having zero luck. Also I should say I am not technical and only know enough to be dangerous. I used the Quick Start Multiple Forms set up for several forms on my site. Two of the four work great. However, two others are giving me fits. I set up separate config, ack and email files for each and placed them in the Phorm directory. Upon submit, both problem-child forms pull up the generic Phorm ack template and the data is not emailed to me. I have checked my config files to be sure the email address is correct, validated the field names, checked the paths to phorm.php and the hidden field variable. I even copied form action and hidden field variables from the working forms and pasted them into the problem forms. I of course changed their targets to the appropriate config file. Still no luck. Grrrr! I have to be missing something totally obvious but I don't know what it is.
