MESSAGE: (#2670) 074 mail function errors

I hope you can help me with what I hope is a very quick technical issue. I've
set up a Phorm on a site I'm working on, and it's running just fine, except
that it consistently now generates "074 - Mail function failed on
autoresponder" messages. I recently changed a lot of the options, but nothing
at all to do with the mail responder, and I am fairly certain that it was
working just a few days ago. I've checked and rechecked the mail settings:
they are valid, properly quoted and closed, and most importantly, completely
unchanged. So I have no idea what has happened.

This is PHORM 3.0.4, IIS 5, Win2000, PHP 4.3.1.
