[phorm] Installation Help

Hello Group
Just downloaded and paid for the program. Now I was wondering where and
what files do I need to upload to my site? This is not clear at all. I
did get the code after signup but not sure what that is supposed to do
anyway?
Help me getting started and then at least I should be able to see how
this works
