Dear Board members,
Given the amount of current urgent activity including press photographer, and
closeness the concert I move we table this agenda item. If for no other than
compassionate reasons, I strongly feel this is not an appropriate time for
the discussion of the treasure's role, duties and performance. I believe any
such action at this time will damage our organization and negatively effect
the concert.

(iii) Demonstrable, repeated ineffectiveness of interventions and other
