Hugh, Does that mean that you recommend that I try all of her recommendations except for the Windows installer? As a side point, I find it interesting that she suggested that I use another uninstaller. It's hidden away on the driver CD. I guess that's where HP puts its good uninstallers. Why do they do that? I also find it interesting that she suggests running the heavy-duty uninstaller four (!) times.
