Assuming that sbp2port.sys may be a protected file that is automatically
re-created (I don't recognize this file, so I do not know whether this is
the case), then there may not be a way to delete it permanently.
The real surprise here is how it returns when Windows File Protection is
disabled.
Without knowing your particular issue, you may have just found yet another
reason to warn the rest of us not to upgrade to SP3.
