Ann, I'm sorry about your vision problem and I can relate to your vision
problem as I also have a
vision problem too. Now, to increase the text using my Mozilla
Thunderbird as my email server is
very easy. To increase the text; Press CTRL and + keys to increase, then
to decrease text; Press CTRL
and - keys. It should wotk with other mail servers too.

PS To only increase the size of a WORD or PARAGRAPH, just select with
the cursor and then press CRTL +
