[PCWorks] LinkedIn.com??

Is anyone familiar with www.LinkedIn.com ? I know what it is,
there's a Wiki page on it, but I'm just curious if anyone uses
it or has heard anything about it negative or positive. I got
an email from a customer about it and I'm not sure what to do.
